Meet Dr. Elaine Stageberg

Dr. Elaine Stageberg is a Mayo Clinic–trained psychiatrist, entrepreneur, and transformational coach who brings a rare integration of medical expertise, business leadership, and deep personal insight to her work with physicians and high-performing professionals. After clinical practice, Dr. Stageberg transitioned from medicine to entrepreneurship, co-founding Black Swan Real Estate—a vertically integrated private equity firm with over $520 million in assets under management—and its property management arm, Black Swan Living. Through these ventures, she has built a thriving organization grounded in purpose, integrity, and people-first leadership. As the founder of Freedom & Legacy Blueprint MD, Dr. Stageberg now devotes her energy to helping physicians and other leaders create radical transformation—professionally, financially, and personally. Her programs integrate the science of psychiatry, behavioral medicine, and leadership psychology to help participants cultivate resilience, clarity, and authentic fulfillment while advancing their capacity to lead and serve.
