Meet Dr. Elaine Stageberg

Dr. Elaine Stageberg is a Mayo Clinic–trained psychiatrist, real estate investor, and founder of Freedom and Legacy Blueprint MD, a coaching program designed for physicians and high-performing professionals who want to build lives rooted in clarity, alignment, and long-term sustainability.

In addition to her clinical background, Elaine is the co-founder of Black Swan Real Estate, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with over $450M in assets under management, more than 2,300 units, and over $115M in capital raised. Through this work, she has operated at a high level across investing, leadership, and business strategy while navigating the internal demands that come with that level of responsibility.

Elaine created the ALLSET™ framework as a response to what she consistently observed in herself and others: success built in separate parts often leads to misalignment. ALLSET™ brings together Skillset, Mindset, Heartset, BODYSET™, and Soulset into a cohesive way of operating, helping individuals regulate their nervous systems, make aligned decisions, and lead with intention across both their professional and personal lives.

Through her work, Elaine has guided hundreds of physicians and high performers through workshops, coaching programs, and live experiences focused on clarity, decision-making, and life design.
